Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years GM/Administrator experience preferred, or 5–10 years in Senior Living with 5 at management level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and budget variances; review monthly reports.
• Lead organization priorities and prioritize tasks; effective time management.
• Drive sales and marketing efforts to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Represent community with public groups and government leaders; develop external referrals.
