The Retreat at Beaufort seeks an Executive Director to lead daily operations, manage the community finances, and drive resident and family satisfaction. You will oversee P&L, supervise staff, and own the sales and marketing strategy to maximize occupancy and revenue while ensuring compliance with all regulations.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, hands-on execution, and collaboration with operations leadership to maintain high standards of care and community reputation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/related field preferred.
• 2–5 years GM/Administrator experience, or 5–10 years senior living with 5 in management.
• Experience leading operations, finance, and revenue generation.
• Strong leadership and focus on resident and family satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Oversee profit and loss and financial performance.
• Lead employees and ensure resident and family satisfaction.
• Own the Sales & Marketing process to maximize revenue and market position.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and state/federal regulations.
• Manage budget and revenue opportunities.
