Job summary

The Retreat at Covington, managed by Phoenix Senior Living, is seeking an Executive Director to join their team and oversee day-to-day operations at the community level.

The role combines financial oversight, staff leadership, regulatory compliance, and ownership of sales and marketing to maximize occupancy and revenue. Strong experience in senior living and operations is preferred, with a Bachelor's degree and relevant licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources, Gerontology or related field.
• 2–5 years GM/Administrator experience preferred, or 5–10 years Senior Living/Hospitality with 5 years in management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hands-on operations at the community level and ensure daily performance.
• Own the Sales & Marketing process to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Review financial performance, budgets, and department variances with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
