• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Administration, Gerontology or related field.
• 2–5 years GM/Administrator experience or 5–10 years Senior Living with 5 years in management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety procedures.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting and revenue opportunities.
• Lead operations, staffing, and resident/family satisfaction.
• Own the Sales & Marketing process to maximize revenue and market position.
• Maintain licensing and regulatory reporting for the community.
