Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years GM/Administrator experience preferred, or 5–10 years Senior Living with 5 years at management level.
• Valid driver’s license; required facility license if mandated by state.

Responsibilities

• Lead community operations and financial performance.
• Develop occupancy strategy and drive revenue.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Oversee safety, quality of care and regulatory reporting.
• Represent the community to external stakeholders and partners.
