Job summary

The Retreat at Lady's Island, a Phoenix Senior Living community, is seeking an Executive Director to lead hands-on operations, drive financial performance, and maximize revenue. You will supervise staff, ensure resident satisfaction, and uphold all regulatory requirements while implementing the community's sales and marketing strategy.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of GM/Administrator experience or 5–10 years in Senior Living management, plus a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Administration, Gerontology or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years GM/Administrator experience preferred, or 5–10 years Senior Living, Hospitality, Skilled Nursing with 5 years at management level.
• Valid driver’s license required; license to operate an assisted living facility (state mandate) preferred.

• Oversees profit and loss and budget adherence.
• Leads employees and ensures resident and family satisfaction.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and Phoenix policies.
