The role requires two years in marketing/sales, one year in senior housing or healthcare, and one year in hospitality. Compensation includes $20–$25 per hour plus a $200 move‑in commission, with daily pay and strong scheduling benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing is preferred.
• Two years’ experience in marketing/sales.
• One year experience in senior housing or healthcare.
• One year experience in hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement lead-generation activities to meet move-in goals.
• Handle inquiries via phone or drop-in and establish rapport.
• Follow the ExSell sales process and utilize ExSell Connection Sheets.
