Job summary

Senior Lifestyle in New Jersey is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented teammate to assist incoming residents with transition and move-ins, and to support the marketing team with tours and outreach. You will help prospects through the sales process and coordinate unit refurbishments between moves.

The role offers an hourly wage of $30.00 and a team-focused environment committed to hospitality, excellence, appreciation, respect, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• No experience is required; though previous sales experience is preferred.
• You are detail-oriented and take pride in crossing T’s and dotting I’s.
• You have an outgoing personality and enjoy communicating with co-workers, prospective residents, and families.

• Assist incoming residents with all facets of transition and move to the property.
• Support marketing team by tours, inquiries, events and community outreach as needed.
• Assist in the sales process with prospects and in the production of reports.

Job Description

• Support marketing team by assisting with tours, responding to telephone inquiries, hosting functions, and community outreach as needed.


• Assist in the sales process with prospects and in the production of reports.


• Coordinate the refurbishing, cleaning and inspection of units after move-outs and before move-ins.


• Communicate incoming residents’ special needs or requirements to the appropriate channels.


• Hourly Rate: $30.00.
