Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Community Relations Sales Assistant in Sunnyvale, CA to support the Sales team with data entry, resident files, and move-in coordination. You will assist with tours, phone inquiries, and follow-up calls while ensuring a warm, resident-centric experience.

The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of administrative experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication in English. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years administrative experience.
• Demonstrated professional telephone etiquette.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Proven organization, time management and attention to detail.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Ability to work the defined schedule which may include weekends.
• Proficient with MS Office and workplace technology.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.

Responsabilités

• Manage resident files, apartment inventory, and event support.
• Coordinate move-in logistics with residents and families.
• Welcome and orient new residents and families with follow-up care.
• Collaborate with departments to coordinate pre/post move-in needs.
• Conduct prospect follow-up calls and support tours as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
