Job summary

The Move-In Coordinator supports the Director of Sales and Leasing at the community by guiding depositors and families through the move-in and admissions process. This role emphasizes clear communication, organization, and a customer-focused approach to ensure a smooth transition into the community.

You will review floor plans, plan furniture layouts, maintain referral networks, and assist with marketing follow-up and special projects.

Qualifications

• Basic sales/marketing knowledge in senior housing.
• Customer service oriented and helpful.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Sales and Leasing and Leasing Counselor with move-in processes.
• Develop transition plan for new depositors.
• Review floor plans and assist in furniture layout planning.
• Maintain a network of referral sources and provide information via marketing materials.
• Support marketing follow-up and database management.
• Assist in Resident Referral Program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
