Job summary

Ciel Senior Living in Denver is seeking a Move-In Coordinator to guide new residents through the transition into our community. You will manage the move-in process from initial contacts to coordinating logistics, ensuring a welcoming, informative experience for residents and families.

You will partner with sales, marketing and maintenance, conduct orientations, assist with paperwork, and provide ongoing support to promote resident satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Associates’ degree in Sales and Marketing or related field required.
• At least 2 years in customer service, sales, or hospitality; senior living preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with residents, families, and staff.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for residents and families during move-in.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, maintenance for seamless moves.
• Assist with paperwork and move-in logistics (scheduling, transport).
• Orient new residents and introduce staff, amenities, and policies.
• Support residents and families throughout the transition.
• Build trust and promote resident satisfaction and retention.
