Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Potomac, MD seeks a Move-In Coordinator to ensure a smooth transition for new residents. You will leverage knowledge of our services to represent the community to referral sources and families, building relationships with residents and local partners to promote the community.

The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and experienced in retirement housing or hospitality sales, with the ability to manage inquiries, tours, deposits, and move-in logistics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retirement housing, hospitality, or healthcare sales and marketing preferred.
• Proven success in achieving sales goals and quotas.
• Positive team player with passion for serving seniors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and may include evenings/weekends.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with Yardi or similar CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Relations Director in implementing plans to acquire and manage leads and increase census.
• Qualify prospects and convert tours to deposits using the sales process.
• Handle inbound inquiries (phone, walk-in, mail) and enter data into CRM.
