Cogir Senior Living in Owings Mills, MD, is seeking a Move-In Coordinator to ensure smooth transitions for new residents and to promote the community to referral sources and clients.

The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years in retirement housing, hospitality, or healthcare sales and marketing, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive occupancy. Day-to-day duties include tours, data entry, and move-in support.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years in retirement housing, hospitality, or healthcare sales/marketing.
• Proven success in achieving sales goals and quotas.
• Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with Yardi or similar CRM preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Community Relations Director in acquiring and managing leads and increasing census.
• Qualify prospects, convert to tours, and convert tours to deposits using the sales process.
• Handle inbound inquiries and enter information into the CRM.
• Offer community tours and share marketing materials with prospective residents and families.
• Assist in preparing routine and special sales and marketing reports.
• Follow up with potential residents, referral sources, or interested parties.
• Assist with preparing sales activity boards and move-in information.
• Aid residents and families with adjustment to the facility during and after move-in.
• Maintain CRM (Yardi) accuracy and relationships among residents and staff.
