Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Medication Technician for Ivy Park at Laguna Creek in Elk Grove, California. This role supports residents by administering medications and delivering personal care, with PM and NOC shifts available and both part-time and full-time options.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of RCFE medication assistance experience, are 18+, and may need state training. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience assisting with medications at a RCFE.
• State regulations may require completion of training/certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with resident, pharmacy and physician.
• Order and track changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and residents.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with staff and other departments.
