Bickford Senior Living in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Medication Technician to support resident care and ensure daily medications are administered with compassion and dignity.

You will follow physician orders, use the eMAR system, and coordinate with clinical leadership while providing direct resident care and supervising other team members. CPR/First Aid required; active MT certification preferred.

Competenze

• Active Medication Technician certification in good standing or 1+ year senior care experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• High school diploma or GED completed.

Mansioni

• Accurately follow MAR to administer medications per physician orders.
• Practice the Six Rights of medication administration and adhere to policies.
• Utilize the eMAR system for medication administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for clarification and direction.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed staff on shift.
