Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician to support resident care and ensure medications are administered per physician orders with compassion and dignity. You will follow the Six rights of medication administration and use the eMAR system while coordinating with clinical leadership.

The role requires active MT certification or 1+ year experience with seniors, a High School Diploma, and CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Accurately following the resident MAR to ensure medications are given per physician orders.
• Follow the Six rights of medication administration and internal policies and procedures.
• Learn and use the eMAR system for medication administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for guidance on medication administration and care.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed team members as needed.
