Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is hiring a Medication Technician to support resident care and manage daily medications with compassion and dignity. You will follow MAR and the six rights, use the eMAR system, and collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure accurate med administration.

Ideal candidates hold an active Medication Technician Certification (or 1+ year in elder care), CPR/First Aid, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately administer medications according to MAR and rights of medication administration.
• Strong communication with clinical leadership for resident care.
• Proven time management and multitasking abilities in a care setting.

Responsibilities

• Follow MAR and six rights for medication administration.
• Utilize eMAR system for medication recording and administration.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed team members as needed.
• Demonstrate Bickford's Mission on shift and support teammates.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with the care team.
