Qualifications

• Active Medication Technician certification or at least 1 year of senior care experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Willingness to undergo state-mrequired training.

Responsibilities

• Accurately follow the resident MAR per physician orders.
• Follow Six Rights of medication administration and policies.
• Utilize eMAR for medication administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for guidance.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed staff as needed.
• Demonstrate Bickford’s mission on shift.
