Job summary

You will complete documentation, participate in narcotic counts, manage medication orders, maintain the medication room, and support wellness programs.

A High School diploma, 1-2 years' experience, and state-required CPR/CNA credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Must have clear communication skills.
• Must have completed medication administration training per state requirements.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication administration following the Rights of Medication Administration.
• Maintain cleanliness of medication room and medication cart.
• Document and report changes in resident condition per policy.
• Support resident care and participate in wellness programs.
