Job summary

CIEL Senior Living in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Medication Technician to provide medication assistance and personal care to residents, following the community’s guidelines. You will document care per standards and support daily wellness activities.

This role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, a High School diploma or GED, and state-certified medication administration training; CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide medication assistance and personal care to residents.
• Complete documentation per standards to ensure care is delivered and resident needs are met.
• Assist in narcotic counts and inventory documentation.
• Administer medications following Rights of Medication Administration.
• Maintain medication room and cart cleanliness and order supplies.
• Notify pharmacy and families about reorders and new orders as needed.
• Record vital signs and report changes in resident condition.
• Participate in training, drills, and community wellness activities.
