Job summary

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Medication Administration training/certification per state requirements.
• Must meet all health requirements.
• Experienced Caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistant per state requirements.
• CPR certification.
• Must have strong understanding of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Provides medication assistance and personal care to residents.
• Complete documentation per company standards to ensure care services meet resident needs.
• Participate in narcotic count at shift change with accurate inventory documentation.
• Administer medications as directed, following Rights of Medication Administration.
• Maintain cleanliness of medication room and cart.
• Obtain and record residents’ vital signs and related data.
