Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Certified Medication Aide for an Assisted Living community. The role focuses on safe medication administration, MAR/TAR compliance, and supportive resident care.

You will assist with ADLs, dining, and daily activities while ensuring accurate records and adherence to policy. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience, with current Medication Technician certification as required by state regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; 1–3 months related experience.
• Current Medication Technician certification depending on state regulations.
• Acceptable proficiency in English to perform duties.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Safely administer prescribed medications and MAR/TAR as listed.
• Provide personal care and general nursing care to residents.
• Assist with ADLs, meals, room cleanliness, and dining services.
• Document information in daily logs and notify supervisor of concerns.
• Restock and clean medicine carts; attend trainings and in-services.
• Maintain complete medical records within regulatory timelines.
