Harmony Senior Services, LLC in Bowie, Maryland is seeking a Medication Aide/CNA to support residents with daily living activities and medication administration. You will follow policies, document in EMAR/MAR, and ensure resident safety and comfort.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, completion of Medication Aide Course, current CNA and Med Tech licenses, CPR/First Aid certification, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and work weekends.

Competenze

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed the Medication Aide Course.
• Must possess both CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or willing to obtain.

Mansioni

• Assists with administration of prescribed medications within scope.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living.
• Reports incidents and care concerns to RN/LPN, HCD, or ED.
• Performs housekeeping duties as directed by supervisor.
• Responds promptly to resident calls for assistance or emergencies.
• Assists in planning and conducting activity programs.
• Follows confidentiality policies on resident information.
• Transports residents to dining, activities, and events.
• Documents medication administration and status in EMAR/MAR.
• Re-orders medications and communicates changes to family as needed.
• Attends medication trainings and completes required in-services.
