Harmony Senior Services in Bowie, MD is hiring a Med Tech to provide quality care, assist residents with daily living activities, and support prescribed medication administration within scope of practice. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, completion of the Medication Aide Course, and current CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing; CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

You will document resident status in the EMAR/MAR, participate in trainings, and work a flexible schedule

Formación

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Completion of Medication Aide Course required.
• Must possess both CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred; willingness to become certified within 60 days if not currently certified.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Administer prescribed medications within scope of practice and document in EMAR/MAR.
• Report incidents and care concerns to appropriate personnel (HCD, RN/LPN, or ED).
• Maintain medication cart, complete medication cart audits, and reorder medications as needed.
