Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a qualified Med Tech to provide medication administration, daily living assistance, and activity participation for residents. You will document on EMAR/MAR, report resident status to the HCD/RN, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality care.

A CNA license and Med Tech license are required, with CPR/First Aid certification preferred or to be obtained within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.
• Medication Aide Course completed is required.
• Active CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of prescribed medications within scope of practice.
• Maintain EMAR/MAR documentation and Daily Log updates.
• Report resident status, care concerns, and incidents to supervising staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident areas and during shifts.
• Attend medication trainings and pass medication observations.
