Paycom - ATS is seeking a Marketing and Sales Director to lead the lease up from the ground up at Heritage Woods of Des Plaines, in Kankakee, IL 60901. This on-site role combines strategic oversight with hands-on outreach to drive occupancy.

You will manage a full marketing mix, cultivate community partnerships, and guide tours for families, while leveraging CRM data to optimize campaigns and conversion. A strong close and data-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Associates Degree preferred.
• 3+ years in sales, marketing or community outreach.
• Prior Assisted Living experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong closing skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.

• Leads the Community marketing and sales program to achieve resident occupancy.
• Forms and fosters relationships with local professionals to maximize referrals.
