Heritage Woods of Des Plaines in Illinois seeks an Executive Director to lead our lease-up from the ground up, shaping culture and operations from day one for our first residents and families who walk through our doors. Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a healthcare leadership role.
• Senior Living experience preferred.
• Prior sales and marketing experience for lease-up Community required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
