Heritage Woods of 82nd Street leads a marketing and sales Director role to drive our lease-up from the ground up. You will build partnerships with local providers, manage the CRM, and deliver engaging content across channels to attract residents and families.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred.
• 3+ years in sales, marketing or community outreach.
• Prior Assisted Living experience preferred.
• Strong closing and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Community marketing and sales program to achieve occupancy.
• Fosters relationships with physicians, senior centers, and home health for referrals.
• Promotes social media content aligned with mission and values.
• Oversees paid advertising, digital platforms and outreach channels.
• Bridges marketing and sales with CRM and follow-up activities.
