Job summary

WellQuest Living LLC is seeking a Senior Living Move In Coordinator in Pasadena, CA. The role supports the Sales & Marketing Director with administrative tasks, organizes events, handles inquiries, and facilitates move-ins. This position requires strong communication, excellent organization, and the ability to work with residents and families.

The schedule is Tue-Sat, 9am-5:30pm, with a salary starting at $22.00/hour. Reports to the Executive Director and Sales & Marketing Director.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience working with seniors in a Senior Living Community.
• Knowledge of assisted living and dementia care.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication skill.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales & Marketing Director with administrative tasks.
• Organize events and handle telephone, walk-in, and inbound mail inquiries.
• Tour qualifying prospects and assist with resident move-ins as needed.
• Serve as liaison for residents and family members newly joining the community.
• Update Move In/Move Out Board and maintain marketing collateral inventory.
• Input new inquiry information into the marketing database and follow up with correspondence.
