Savant Senior Living in West Hollywood, CA is seeking an In-House Marketing Coordinator to manage new resident onboarding from start to finish. You will collaborate with prospective residents, families, moving companies, and the sales team to ensure a smooth transition into the community.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a customer-focused approach, with daily interaction across departments to ensure successful move-ins and accurate occupancy reporting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for community tours.
• Assist with marketing collateral and ensure show rooms are ready.
• Collect all necessary paperwork for closing and distribute to stakeholders.
• Report occupancy, reservations and move-outs accurately with team.
• Prepare closing documentation and internal communications.
• Coordinate with Operations to keep inventory show-ready.
• Create and maintain the Resident Directory and move-in files.
• Introduce new residents to department heads and teams.
• Weekly check-ins with new residents.
