Job summary

The Marketing Coordinator position is based at an Oakmont Management Group community in California. You will support the Marketing Department with events, inquiries, resident move-ins, and daily tours, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience for prospects and residents alike.

Responsibilities include managing referrals, coordinating tours, handling inquiries, and assisting with move-ins while staying within budget and following company processes and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible and able to adapt to change and prioritize tasks and projects.
• Able to count and perform moderately complex math problems.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB tests.
• Must obtain and maintain valid first aid certification.
• Willing to vaccinate and comply with PPE guidelines to protect residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of the property's products and services to accurately represent the property to referral sources and prospects.
• Walk the community tour route at the start of each day to ensure readiness for daily tours.
• Give community tours as a backup to the Marketing Department.
• Handle inbound inquiries (telephone, walk-in, mail) and maintain inquiry information in the marketing database.
• Qualify prospects, convert tours to deposits using the sales process as needed.
• Organize and manage marketing events within budget and coordinate participation with residents and families.
