Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the structural integrity of our senior living communities. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems, appliances, and related equipment, ensuring timely service and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of maintenance experience in similar settings, with a broad skillset across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and floor care. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifikationen

• Two+ years of maintenance or handyman experience in senior living, multi-unit, or hotel settings.
• Broad maintenance skillset including HVAC, drywall, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, floor care.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, floor care, and basic repairs.
• Ensure repairs and service orders are completed promptly per safety standards.
• Maintain equipment, logs, and inventory; prepare vacated rooms for new residents.
• Maintain common areas and coordinate with inspectors and fire authorities as needed.
• Work weekends on a regular basis.
