Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years maintenance or handyman experience in a senior living, multi-apartment, or hotel setting.
• Broad maintenance skillset: HVAC, drywall, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with good time management.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with customer service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, floor care, etc.).
• Complete repairs promptly and safely, following operating and safety standards.
• Maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on equipment.
• Repair vacated rooms for new residents.
• Maintain common areas walls and floors.
• Monitor maintenance supplies and inventory.
• Maintain records of maintenance work and logs.
• Coordinate with fire marshal, inspectors, and jurisdictions.
• Work within local/state codes.
