The ideal candidate has 2+ years in maintenance or handyman roles in similar settings, can work independently, and maintains a customer-focused demeanor. Weekend availability is required; full-time and part-time schedules are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance or handyman experience in senior living, multi-apartment, or hotel setting.
• General maintenance skillset: HVAC, drywall, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, floor care.
• Independent work style with good time management and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting and basic repairs.
• Ensure repairs and service orders comply with safety standards.
• Maintain equipment maintenance, inventory, logs, and move-in readiness.
• Maintain common areas and communications with inspectors and authorities.
