Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical integrity of our senior living community in Salem. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems, appliances, and facilities to ensure safety and comfort for residents.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of maintenance experience in a related setting and can work independently with strong time management and customer-service mindset. Toyota-friendly environment and on-site role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years maintenance experience in senior living, hotel, or multi- apartment setting.
• Experience with HVAC, drywall, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, floor care.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and floor care.
• Ensure timely completion of repairs following safety standards.
• Maintain and inspect equipment and logs.
• Repair vacated rooms and prepare for new residents.
• Maintain common areas and comply with codes and inspections.
• Manage maintenance supplies and inventory.
