Qualifications

• Two or more years of maintenance or handyman experience in senior living, multi-apartment, or hotel settings.
• General maintenance skills across HVAC, drywall, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and floor care.
• Ability to work independently with strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset.
• Comfortable handling cleaning chemicals, tools, and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and floor care.
• Ensure repairs and service orders are completed promptly and safely.
• Maintain scheduled and unscheduled equipment maintenance.
• Prepare vacated rooms for new residents and ensure common areas are well-maintained.
• Maintain maintenance records and inventory; liaise with inspectors as needed.
