Cogir Senior Living is seeking a dedicated maintenance technician to keep building systems in top condition and ensure resident comfort. You will address HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and flooring tasks, while maintaining safety standards and documenting work performed.

The role also involves assisting residents with transportation needs and move-in preparations, requiring a proactive, detail-oriented approach and strong customer service mindset.

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance or handyman experience in senior living, multi-family, or hotel setting.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving history.
• Experience with HVAC, drywall repair/texturing, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Ability to work independently and multitask with good time management.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and customer-service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine building maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, floor care and appliance repairs.
• Ensure timely completion of repairs following safety standards.
• Maintain equipment and inventory, logs, and service records.
• Repair vacated rooms and prepare for new residents move-in.
• Provide safe transportation for residents and assist with transfers as needed.
