Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or related maintenance experience with basic trades knowledge.
• Ability to perform maintenance repairs and communicate and cooperate effectively with others.
• Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs and move throughout the building.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
• Prepares resident apartments for new occupants by painting and cleaning carpets.
• Maintains grounds by mowing, sweeping, and trimming shrubs to keep grounds presentable.
• Assists in coordination of community events and maintenance-related tasks.
• Ensures proper function of emergency systems and assists in resident property handling.
• Complies with safety policies, HIPAA, and resident rights while performing duties.
