Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of maintenance or handyman experience in senior living, multi-unit, or hotel settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, floor care, and basic repairs.
• Ensure repairs and service orders are completed promptly following safety standards.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and service logs; prepare vacated rooms for new residents.
