Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Arizona is seeking a maintenance technician to uphold building safety and operational standards. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain systems and equipment, respond quickly to maintenance requests, and prepare vacated rooms for new residents.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of maintenance experience in senior living or hotel settings, with a proactive, customer-service mindset and the ability to work weekends. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of maintenance/handyman experience in senior living, multi-unit, or hotel setting.
• Certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and basic repairs.
• Ensure timely completion of repairs and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain equipment, records, and inventory; manage move-in readiness of vacated rooms.
• Keep common areas well-maintained and liaise with inspectors as needed.
