Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site communities. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, and perform turn-key work to ensure vacant homes are rent-ready. A valid driver’s license and basic arithmetic skills are required.

Responsibilities include handling resident requests, maintaining safety standards, and potentially supervising contractors. High school diploma or GED is required, with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in property management maintenance as a Maintenance Technician.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic for estimates, averages and percentages.
• Proficient in using general maintenance tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances and carpentry.
• Complete service requests and repairs safely and timely.
• Perform turn-key work to prepare vacant homes for rent.
• Maintain high customer service standards and respond to resident requests.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• May supervise other associates and outside contractors.
• May drive company vehicle as required by the community.
