Atria Senior Living in Andover, MA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair facilities systems and ensure apartments are well-maintained for residents.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year experience in property management maintenance performing the duties associated with a Maintenance Technician.
• Basic arithmetic for estimating, averages, percentages, and totals.
• Ability to operate general office equipment (PC, phone, copier, etc.).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and comply with the vehicle policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
• Complete service requests and repairs safely and on time.
• Prepare vacant apartments to be rent-ready promptly.
• Maintain high customer service standards and respond to resident requests.
• Follow Atria Policies and safety procedures.
• May supervise other staff or contractors.
