Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair systems across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fixtures within our resident communities.

You will perform turn-key work to prepare vacant apartments, coordinate with residents, and ensure safety and compliance with building codes and policies. A valid driver's license and ability to operate common maintenance tools are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year property maintenance experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and other systems.
• Complete service requests safely and promptly.
• Prepare vacant apartments for rent and coordinate turns.
• Respond to resident requests and maintain service standards.
• Promote safety and compliance with policies and regulations.
• May supervise others and handle additional duties.
