Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of maintenance/handyman experience.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Experience in senior living, multi-apartment, or hotel setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and flooring.
• Complete repairs promptly following safety standards.
• Maintain equipment and supply inventories.
• Prepare vacated rooms for new residents.
• Provide safe transportation for residents and assist with mobility.
