Cogir Senior Living, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks a Maintenance Technician to preserve the building’s systems and safety standards. You will handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and basic repairs, keeping meticulous records and responding promptly to issues.

Requirements include at least 2 years of maintenance experience in similar settings, the ability to work independently, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of maintenance or handyman experience in senior living, multi-apartment, or hotel setting.
• HVAC, drywall repair, carpentry, minor electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, landscaping experience preferred.
• Independent work style with good time management and organizational skills.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, floor care, and basic repairs.
• Ensure repairs and service orders are completed promptly and safely.
• Maintain equipment and supply inventories; log maintenance work and inspections.
• Repair vacated rooms and prepare for new residents.
• Work with local authorities and inspectors to ensure compliance with codes.
