Cogir Senior Living in Longmont, CO is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee daily physical plant operations and safety compliance for our senior living community. You will manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, major appliances, and preventative maintenance programs while supervising the maintenance team.

The ideal candidate has ≥3 years of related experience, 1–2 years of supervisory responsibility, strong vendor management, budgeting, and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing apartments, senior living communities, hotels, or large maintenance operations.
• 1–2 years of supervisory/management experience, including staff hiring, scheduling, budgeting, and vendor management.

Aufgaben

• Use general maintenance equipment and tools; organize service requests and repairs.
• Inspect grounds and facilities daily to minimize liability and maintain curb appeal.
• Manage turnkey work and ensure vacant units are ready promptly.
• Maintain excellent customer service with residents, staff, vendors, and management.
• Obtain competitive bids for maintenance-related expenses with Executive Director.
• Adhere to budget guidelines and purchase supplies using standard PO systems.
• Monitor inventory and supervise Maintenance Technicians and housekeeping staff.
• Respond to resident and community emergencies and coordinate regulatory compliance.
