• Physical ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the community's physical environment and conduct daily walkthroughs.
• Review resident work orders and complete tasks efficiently.
• Paint interior walls, repair and texture drywall with precision.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment with technical know-how.
• Coordinate with the Executive Director on costs and bid proposals.
• Supervise outside contractors/vendors to maintain quality standards.
• Implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance plan.
• Maintain records of repairs, maintenance, warranties, and inspections.
• Maintain a professional, positive presence within the community.
