Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least five years of maintenance experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of senior housing and state regulations.
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations in the past three years.

Responsibilities

• Hire, evaluate, coordinate, motivate, monitor staff in line with policy and state law.
• Recommend staff actions (merit pay, reprimands, discipline, terminations) to Executive Director.
• Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping with other departments.
• Ensure building and grounds are clean at all times.
• Be on-call 24 hours for emergencies, including evenings and weekends.

Skills
