Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee day-to-day maintenance of our senior living communities, ensure safety compliance, and manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.

You will lead a maintenance team, coordinate preventive programs, and work with leadership to manage budgets and supplier bids. This role requires strong communication and on‑call availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Associate degree or higher from college/technical school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance of the community facilities and ensure safety compliance.
• Supervise Maintenance Technicians and housekeeping staff; schedule and train team members.
