Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Director for a Gilbert, AZ community. You will oversee day-to-day physical plant operations, ensure safety compliance, and manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and major appliances.

Lead the maintenance team and coordinate preventive maintenance programs. You will partner with the Executive Director to obtain bids, manage budgets, and ensure quality service for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in maintenance role with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community building and systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliances, and amenities.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs and supervise maintenance staff.
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage budgets for maintenance expenses.
